Bob believes in Free Shipping. 

Bob buys items that the vendor sells for $30 and then builds another $10 into the price to offer "Free Shipping"  

Bob buys 3 and pays $120 with "Free Shipping"  

Sally finds items at the best unit price and buys 3 items at $30 and pays $10 shipping. 

Sally pays $20 less, but silly Sally.... She didn't get "Free Shipping".....
