A brief comment on our pricing is we work with and have business relationships which are long developed over many years with our suppliers.  We consider our suppliers our business partners as well as our personal friends and family.   They need to work, you need to work, and we are happy to provide leathers at fair and reasonable prices to facilitate business, orders for the tanneries, and sales for you.  In summary, we offer a very selective range of top quality, unique leathers from top tier tanneries at prices set to be fair for the supplier and the customer. 

Minimums.  What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is one skin and/or hide. We do not cut leathers, nor do we split leathers.  

Custom orders are possible, but must meet the tannery Minimum Order Requirement.  Custom orders require non-refundable up front payment or deposits.

Swatches.

We can provide specific swatches upon request at a cost of $10-$25 depending on the requirements.  The $10-$25 will be Refunded upon the first/next purchase.   Please contact us with your interests.

Orders.

Orders are welcomed on line here, by email or by phone.  We still use our phones as telephones were initially intended and would enjoy speaking with you, no need to be shy. 

Items in stock generally ship in 48-72 hours from receiving the order.  We are a small lean operation, please be kind and allow us the time to properly ship your order.

Shipping. 

We do our utmost to offer you reasonable shipping rates with the quickest possible delivery.

Shipping is definitely the most complicated bugaboo for us to offer leathers on line.  Each skin is different, different weights, sizes of boxes, multiple items in single orders, etc., etc., etc.   So for now, it is a simple $19.95 per per / per location.  The flat rate is for UPS Ground.

We have two locations, Dallas & El Paso. Most all exotics are stocked in Dallas.  Some of the non exotics are stocked in small quantity in Dallas as well.  Most of the non exotics and heavier leathers are stocked in El Paso.  We understand Shopify automatically pulls inventory from one location only when possible / inventory is available.

Unfortunately, if you order various items that ship from both locations, we must charge shipping for each.  

We work very hard to provide the very best leathers at the very best prices possible.  We could build shipping costs in to leathers and then offers a sliding discount for 'volume'.  Just know we are offering our best prices to you, and will be working to tweak and adjust the shipping policies here to also be as fair and transparent as possible.  Trust me, sourcing leather is complicated, only figuring shipping for multiple items makes it look simple once you really dig in to shipping company policies, etc.  Surcharges for boxes over 48", billable weights, etc., you really need to be a math surgeon and fluent in legalese to understand the complexity of the shipping policies of the shipping monopolies.  So before my head exploded, I settled on flat rate for now until we find a better way.  And Angus agrees. 

Overseas Shipping / Export.

We do not take overseas, export orders on line.  Contact us directly to discuss. 

Returns.

Leathers may be returned within 7 days of purchase only, and only if returns are received in the unused, same condition as shipped, and only if with return authorization. 

We request for you to contact us to receive approval for your return as soon as possible, or we may not approve of the return.  Return shipping costs, including packaging are at your expense.  

Leathers must be returned with appropriate packaging to ensure we receive them in the same good condition as originally shipped.  We cannot issue refunds on items damage due to improper packaging.  

We are not responsible for return freight costs.

We will issue refunds upon finding the goods are the same as shipped, the credit and refund may take time to appear due to credit card or other processing delays that are out of our control.

Cancellations.

If you decided you would like to cancel, please contact us immediately.  If the order has not shipped, we can cancel.  If the order has shipped, we can attempt to redirect the shipping to be returned.  Any shipping costs incurred cannot be refunded.
